I started in corporate, doing customer service and process management for the US market. From there I moved into operations for businesses across different industries, and eventually found my way into systems and automation strategy at an edtech company. That's where everything clicked.
Since then I've worked with a systems consultancy in Australia and helped scale operations for a fast growing US fitness brand. Each time doing the same thing: finding what's disconnected, designing the system that fixes it, and making sure it holds.
